I recently got my hair cut by Emily at New Focus, on the recommendation of a friend, and I was very pleased with the work she did. I have very thick, curly hair and have had some awful cuts in the past! Emily talked to me about how much I was comfortable with her cutting off and how I usually style my hair, which I was grateful for because many stylists want to blow out curly hair straight even if the client never wears it straight. She was also very friendly and down to earth, not to mention the fact that the prices can't be beat. If you want friendly service and talented work without a lot of fluff and attitude, give New Focus a try.
